Processing Time

Shipping Methods and Rates
- Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for most orders. Delivery times for standard shipping typically range from 3-9 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer Express shipping options. Delivery times for expedited shipping are generally 2-4 business days depending on your location. Additional charges apply.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are base on a flat rate depending on standard or express shipping.
Delivery Locations
- We currently ship to all locations worldwide. If you are located outside of this Canada and US, Shipping times will increase.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please be aware that factors such as weather conditions, high demand periods, or carrier delays may affect shipping times. Roseberry is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, customs, and or other occurrences. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Missing or Damaged Orders
- Missing Orders: Roseberry is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please file a claim with the carrier service.
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging to help us address the issue promptly.
Refund Policy
- We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery for items that are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. To start a return, please contact us at hello@roseberrylife.com with your order number and reason for the return. We reserve the right to decline refunds if the above conditions are not met.
