When will an order ship out?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?
- Standard shipping to Canada will take 4-5 days costing $10.
- Express shipping to Canada will take 2 days costing $20.
- Standard shipping to the US will take 7-9 days costing $16 USD.
- Expedited shipping to the US will take 3-5 days costing $21 USD.
- Express shipping to the US will take 2-4 days costing $32 USD.
- Free Shipping on orders over $50 for all Canadian orders.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally! Please note that delivery for orders outside of Canada and the U.S. typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location.

Do you accept returns?
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on our socks. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please send us a photo at hello@roseberrylife.com within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will be happy to assist you and make it right.

My package got lost or damaged during transit.
We’re sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, Roseberry is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. We kindly recommend contacting the carrier service directly to file a claim. Please be sure to do so within 48 hours of receiving your package, and don’t forget to take photos of both the packaging and the damaged item to support your claim.

Fit & Sizing
Our socks are one size and comfortably fit most adults. All styles are crew length, but the height may vary slightly depending on the design – Each pair is made with love, just a little differently!

Product Care
Treat your socks with a little extra love to help them last longer. We recommend machine washing in cold water and laying them flat to dry. Avoid tumble drying, as it can cause shrinkage and wear down the grips faster.
